Sara Cate Book Review

I’ve recently finished a series by Sara Cate called ‘Salacious Players Club’. To me it’s honestly the PERFECT series to start off with if you are getting into her books. Below will be my rating and review of each book.

An edit I created to review the series pt 1.

Praise:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Emerson and Charlotte(Charlie)! Now I didn’t exactly knew what this book was going to be about. But I’m a girl who loves praise and so to literally read Emerson praising Charlie and giving her the freedom to explore her sexual preferences. I like that his line of work is a sex club where you aren’t judged and can do any kinky stuff you like. I also like that the book is bdsm related AND involves after care which to me seems the most important. Even though the situation with Emerson and Charlie was unconditional considering he’s the father of her ex I like that the book had the sex scenes but also had the plot and it was incorporated throughout the whole book. HEA

Eyes on me:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Garrett and Mia. Even though they are step siblings but never really siblings because there is a 13 year age gap I liked that they had a lot of banter and hate sex. Even though Garrett lied to Mia when she was a cam girl I think in the end it all worked out and Garrett realized that he doesn’t need to be alone and that he can let love in like Emerson and Charlie. And Have someone who can make him feel at peace.Turns out they are both into being watched and watching. HEA.

Give me more:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I loved this book!! Now I don’t know if it’s because I loved the threesome aspect and that hunter was dealing with coming out as bisexual but seeing hunter, Drake and Isabel all interact both emotionally and sexually was the best thing. I liked that hunter decided to take two months away from them to really figure his thoughts out and figure out how to be in a throuple with his best friend and wife. HEA

The last three books of the series pt 2.

Mercy💚:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Maggie and Beau! Now I related a lot to both characters. Beau trying to find his inner peace and dealing with the acceptance of the kink world and being submissive. And Maggie trying to come to terms that she’s a Domme and trying to be her most confident self both inside and outside the bedroom. But overtime even if their situation started as an agreement to have both of them experiment things and stuff they like or dislike I love that they found comfort in each other to open up and share what makes them insecure. I’m not personally in that lifestyle yet but I’ve always loved a good book with the aftercare being just as important.

Highest Bidder💍:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book is by far my favorite!! I don’t know if it’s the age gap or what but I was hooked by them from the start. Daisy and Ronan!! They are the couple no one expects because he’s a billionaire 56 year old and she’s a 21 year old worker at Salicious club. When she wins a date with Ronan and he doesn’t cash in I was honestly shocked but seeing how the universe seemed to constantly make them cross paths I see that maybe they were meant to be. Seeing how Ronan kept his control of his feelings for her by trying not to involve sex I think it was a very big move for him and even though she was pushing his buttons he held on until he couldn’t. When they got together it was like a puzzle piece clicked.

Madame💜:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was good! No spoilers!! I’ve been looking to hear Eden’s story since the very beginning. I’ve loved her and the way she carries herself the confidence.I love that each character had their own growth in their own ways. Eden found her home that she’s been looking for a very long time. This was the perfect way to end the series!
